Good stuff, Lemps, as usual. I wonder how much of that is because Teddy can't bear to admit failure on the guy. His other first-rounders have ranged from smashing successes (Aaron Rodgers, Clay Matthews) to players who at least were good enough to start (A.J. Hawk, Jordy Nelson -- though not technically a first-rounder, B.J. Raji -- though he'll probably end up in the first group at some point). Harrell is the one eyesore in what's been a first-rounder track record that Ron Wolf would kill to have. Wonder if Teddy is stuck on making it work. He seems like a fairly dispassionate guy, though. Maybe he just sees some football left in Harrell.

While I can understand MM and TT keeping things "close to the vest" in pressers and interviews, one of the lingering irritants as regards Justin is the pure b.s. that has spewed from the mouths of Mike and Ted regarding Justin and his health. The one that sticks out in my mind was when he was "progressing nicely, will be on the field Thursday"--this was on a Tuesday--remember this one?--

Thursday comes around and Justin goes on IR.

grrr...

It goes to credibility and the whole Justin saga has diminished the average fan's capacity to actually believe Mike and Ted to at least some degree. I have and will continue to be on their side, but Justin has been a liability in that arena also. I wish nothing but the best for him, but dang... it sure is expensive in many ways.

You need at the very least 6 good D-linemen for the 3/4. Seven would be better. Harrell? If he makes the team, it will be a long year on defense.
