And Vikings week, chapter one (technically, chapter three) has officially begun. That being the case, there’s quite a bit of news surrounding the Green Bay Packers, a team that’s lost three of four and desperately needs to right the ship. What better time than now to make a trip back to the question department, right? As much as we’d love to write about the Washington Redskins, sorry, there was just too much else going on Tuesday. Don’t worry – you’ll get our full wrap-up of the D.C. trip next [...] As I write this, the calendar sits on July 11. That really didn’t leave me a whole lot of options for this space. Sure, I could write about some things that actually involve the current incarnation of the Green Bay Packers. But now doesn’t seem like the best time to write such posts – better to [...] The last few weeks at OBOD have been dedicated entirely to discussing the upcoming draft as it pertains to the Green Bay Packers. Makes sense – this is a Packers’ blog, after all. But there are three other teams in the NFC North, of course, and we’re going to kick off our draft week coverage – seriously, [...] Two mock drafts down, two more to go until draft day (15 days from now!!). Since our last mock, three weeks ago, there have been a handful of trades/signings that have caused this third mock to change. But more than anything, the array of pro days and increased overall chatter amongst “insiders” (which we at OBOD are definitely not) [...] Friday morning, I provided a brief look at what the other three NFC North teams had been doing in free agency up to that point. Now, with the weekend drawing to an end, it seemed like a good time to provide an updated look (and, as always, give some thoughts on it all).
